X3 Collective Consulting is an emerging environmental consultancy. By merging our expertise in engineering, psychology, geography, and the human dimensions of climate change, we embody the importance of taking an intersectional and holistic approach.
We weave analytical, emotional, spatial, and societal understandings, utilizing the Head, Heart, Hands Framework as our guiding principles. This integrative methodology, showcased in our session, reflects our commitment to addressing climate challenges authentically and effectively.

Our team
Jade Chicorelli (she/they/he)
Jade completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria. To bridge these two dimensions, they also minored in Human Dimensions of Climate Change. Building on their academic experiences, Jade works at the praxis of play and community integration to bring about authentic responses to problems and community projects.
Savannah Barratt (she/her)
Savannah is a human geographer, completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria. With experiences in both the technical and social sectors of geography, Savannah specializes in social mapping, qualitative research, and community engagement to address complex problems that lie at the intersection of the social and environmental dimensions of climate change and social justice issues.
Pearce Jones (he/him)
Pearce is a PhD Candidate in Civil Engineering at the University of Victoria having completed his undergraduate education at McGill University. He works on developing regenerative design frameworks with communities to support responses to climate change that are holistic, resilient and adaptable.
